Leroy Tuttle, HPROA Member, who retired from the Department on May 8, 2004, after serving over twenty-seven (27) years, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2010. At the time of his retirement, he was assigned to the Homicide Division. He joined the Department on September 13, 1976, entering Police Academy Class No. 75. He leaves to cherish his memories: loving children, Tracey and Travoi, granddaughter Alexis, sister Willie Esther, family and friends.
