DOUGLAS FRANKLIN WILLIS, 62, of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday, July 6, 2009. He was born April 7, 1947 in Houston, Texas. Doug was a retired Houston Police Officer with 36 years and two months of hard work and dedication.
